The great thing about underfloor heating is that there is very little waste heat as gently increasing the floor temperature ends up maintaining a temperature of say 22 deg c rather than a super hot radiator which then cools and reheats causing swings in heat

I do most of the things specified to preserve the hardwood flooring but now it has gone really old and I need to change it. I am thinking about using marin carpet can they be preserved just like hardwood flooring.
